# Noorderlink
> Noorderlink is een HR-netwerkorganisatie die de grootste organisaties en bedrijven in Noord-Nederland verbindt op het gebied van Human Resource Management. Wij faciliteren samenwerking, kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling voor HR-professionals in de noordelijke provincies Groningen, Friesland en Drenthe.
Noorderlink is opgericht in 1999 en gevestigd in Groningen. Als stichting brengen wij organisaties samen om gezamenlijk sterker te staan op de arbeidsmarkt. Onze leden hebben toegang tot een uitgebreid netwerk, vacaturebank, evenementen, leeraanbod en professionele ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
De organisatie richt zich op verschillende doelgroepen binnen HR via gespecialiseerde netwerken: Noordkracht (algemeen HR), Traineelink (trainees en young professionals), Younglink (jonge HR-professionals), TEN (Traineelink Evenement Netwerk) en Managementondersteuners (management assistants en secretariële ondersteuning).

Noorderlink biedt een publieke Vacancies API voor externe integrators, bijvoorbeeld ATS- en HR-systemen die vacatures automatisch willen aanleveren of uitlezen. De meeste endpoints vereisen een API-key in de `X-API-Key` header; schrijf-endpoints gebruiken OAuth bearer-tokens. De taxonomie-endpoints (`workfields`, `functions`, `educations`, `employments`) zijn vrij toegankelijk zonder key. Een key vraag je aan via de vacaturekoppeling-pagina of via contact.
