NGO Red Flags is not a rating of an organisation's mission, effectiveness, or people, and a red flag here is not an accusation of a crime. In its own voice this site asserts only registry facts, arithmetic on an organisation's own filings, and the existence and content of official actions or published reporting — attributed, never adjudicated. Absence of data is never treated as evidence of wrongdoing, and journalism alone can move an organisation to the amber band ("Multiple documented red flags"); reaching the red band ("Serious documented red flags") always requires a court, a regulator, or the organisation's own filings.
