# lightGallery

> A lightweight, modular JavaScript lightbox and gallery for images and video, with native React, Vue and Angular packages. Plugins (thumbnails, zoom, video, autoplay, fullscreen, share, hash, rotate, pager, comments, justified layout) are separate entries, import only what you use.

Packages: `lightgallery` (vanilla JavaScript/TypeScript), `@lightgallery/react`, `@lightgallery/vue`, `@lightgallery/angular`, `@lightgallery/headless` (the framework-free core).

Default recipe for an image gallery, in every stack: the `zoom` and `thumbnail` plugins, `lightgallery/css/lightgallery.css` plus one CSS file per plugin (the framework packages ship no CSS), and `lgSize: "WIDTH-HEIGHT"` (`data-lg-size` in markup) on every image item, the natural size of the full image, so the slide opens from its thumbnail and closes back to it (zoom from origin). Without `lgSize` the slide fades in instead. Leave a plugin out only when asked to.
