It lets people create a will, living trust, and healthcare directives from state-adapted templates, and keep a record of the documents, accounts, and digital assets the people handling their estate will need to find. Financial advisors, employers, and nonprofits use it as a white-label platform for their clients, employees, and donors.

Legacy Suite generates documents; it does not execute them. A will becomes legally effective only when you sign it according to your state's formalities, which typically means printing it and signing before witnesses, with notarization in some states. The platform provides state-specific signing instructions. Legacy Suite is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
