## Shipping, returns and support

- Shipping: standard shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. In the United States this includes Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses, and large or heavy items are included. Every standard order ships by sea, followed by local delivery. Production and preparation take 3 to 10 business days; sea shipping and local delivery take approximately 3 to 5 weeks after dispatch; estimated total delivery is approximately 4 to 7 weeks from order confirmation. - Duties and import taxes: covered by Josenart - no extra charges on delivery.
- Faster delivery: contact customer service before ordering for an expedited shipping quote.
- Returns: 60 days, for any reason, full refund, and Josenart pays return shipping. Contact customer service to approve the return; Josenart sends a prepaid return label and arranges pickup for large items. Items must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories. The refund goes to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Items damaged through misuse after delivery are not eligible for a refund. - Refusing a delivery: if the box arrives visibly damaged, refuse it and ask the carrier for a damage notice; there is no charge. If you change your mind about an order, accept the delivery and request a free return instead.
- Damage found after unpacking: contact Josenart within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos, and keep the packaging. Josenart handles the carrier claim and sends a replacement, or refunds the item if it is out of stock.
- Warranty: every product includes the Josenart 1-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects.
- Plugs: plug-in lamps come with a US, EU or AU plug to suit the destination.
