## What makes Inspire different
Five things we promise on every contract, and the reason customers leave the big six providers to switch to us:
1. **Honest Onboarding.** The price we quote is the price you'll pay. No "introductory" discounts that double in month 18, no hidden fees, no surprises on bill one.
2. **Proactive Fault Ownership.** If something breaks, we chase Openreach and our suppliers on your behalf. You don't sit on hold with three companies to get one line fixed.
