# IISpeed
> IISpeed is a PageSpeed optimization module for Microsoft IIS, developed by We-Amp B.V. Its IIS integration is now maintained in mod_pagespeed 2.1, which includes a native IIS port.
## Status
IISpeed's IIS integration is now maintained in mod_pagespeed 2.1. IISpeed itself no longer receives updates: no new features, bug fixes or security patches. Existing installations keep working, there is no hard cutoff date, and we still answer questions about IISpeed. Fixes, including security fixes, go into the mod_pagespeed IIS module and reach IIS users through its published installers; the current one is 2.5.0, on the module's GitHub release (https://github.com/We-Amp/mod_pagespeed/releases/download/module-v2.5.0/pagespeed-iis-2.5.0-win-x64.msi). Existing licenses transfer at no cost through the license-transfer form: https://modpagespeed.com/contact/?topic=iispeed-transfer
