# Hyperline
> Hyperline is the billing and revenue platform for B2B SaaS and AI companies. It handles subscription, usage-based and hybrid billing, CPQ and quotes, accounts receivable, revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and revenue reporting in one platform, so a company goes from the first quote to recognized revenue without stitching tools together.
Hyperline meters usage in real time (a billion events a month, 99.97% uptime), bills prepaid credits, drawdown, ramps, tiered and volume plans, seats and outcome-based pricing, and invoices with tax and e-invoicing across 80+ countries. 500+ companies run billing on it, including n8n, lemlist, Plain, Default, Gladia, Formance and Swapcard. Hyperline is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certified. A dedicated team runs migrations end to end; 300+ have come from Chargebee, Stripe Billing and similar tools.
Important notes:
- Hyperline is not a payment processor. It orchestrates collection through Stripe, Adyen, GoCardless, Mollie and Airwallex, and reconciles the payments it does not process itself.
- Hyperline is not only a subscription manager. Quotes (CPQ inside Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio), invoicing, dunning, cash application, accounting entries and revenue recognition live in the same system.
- Hyperline is a cloud platform, not open source. It is API-first: a public REST API, an events ingestion API for usage, webhooks, an MCP server and native connectors to CRMs, accounting tools and usage data warehouses.
- Usage data can be streamed as events or pulled from BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or PostHog, so metering does not require an engineering project.
