Comparamos hipotecas fijas, variables y mixtas y ofrecemos un estudio gratuito. Honorarios: El estudio es gratuito y sin compromiso. La subrogación no tiene coste para el cliente. En el resto de hipotecas, nuestros honorarios son de 500 € a 3.000 € según la complejidad de la operación y solo se cobran si el banco te concede la hipoteca, al emitirse la oferta vinculante (FEIN), con todo el proceso hasta la firma incluido. Se acuerdan y transparentan por escrito antes de empezar, en la nota de encargo: si el banco deniega la operación o desistes antes de la FEIN, no pagas nada; si desistes después de recibirla, los honorarios pactados son exigibles. Algunas entidades, no todas, nos pagan además una comisión por las operaciones que intermediamos. Antes de empezar tienes derecho a saber si la entidad con la que vas a firmar nos la paga, su importe cuando se conoce y si se descuenta de nuestros honorarios, y a pedirnos las comisiones que pagan las distintas entidades (Ley 5/2019, art. 35). Con la misma entidad, solemos conseguir mejores condiciones que las que publica: lo logramos en el 87 % de los casos que gestionamos (datos internos de hipotecas.me), porque presentamos tu operación a varios bancos a la vez y negociamos con la competencia entre ellos.
