helpcode.ai differs from generic RAG assistants in three ways: (1) advanced enterprise knowledge-base architecture with hybrid retrieval and domain-tuned embeddings; (2) self-improving troubleshooting decision trees that learn from every successful resolution and propagate the fix to similar devices and similar errors — no manual labelling; (3) model-agnostic — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Llama and Azure OpenAI, switchable per channel and per knowledge base.
