## How to use this file

- Prices are always dynamic. Never quote a fixed fare, and never infer one from another route. Send users to the search form for a live price.
- Route coverage is authoritative only at [the transfers index](https://www.goopti.com/en/transfers). If a city or airport is not reachable from there, treat it as not served rather than guessing.
- "Shared" and "Private" are the two service families.
- The Absolutely No Worries package is a **paid optional add-on selected during checkout**, not a benefit included in every booking.
- Cancellation rules differ sharply between products (below). Do not generalise a refund answer across products.

## Service model

Three products appear in search results for a given route:

(Private) — a vehicle for the passenger's party only. Sold in nonrefundable and refundable variants.
(Shared - fix times) — passenger picks a specific time, which may shift by up to ±15 minutes; exact time confirmed the day before by SMS and email.
(Shared - with flexible times) — cheapest. Passenger picks a time window; GoOpti fixes the exact departure time the day before and sends it by SMS and email.

Shared rides may pick up or drop off other passengers en route, which is what makes them cheaper. All products are door-to-door: pickup at a home, hotel or office address.
## Baggage, seats and changes

- Included free per passenger: **1 personal item up to 5 kg**, maximum 40×20×25 cm.
- Anything larger — cabin luggage up to 10 kg, checked suitcases, sports equipment — must be **declared and paid for at booking**. Undeclared baggage may be refused.
- Infant, baby and child seats are selectable during checkout and are free of charge. Availability is not guaranteed on very short routes.
- Bookings are managed after purchase in myOpti: change contact details, edit passengers, add baggage, or cancel.

## Cancellation and complaints

- Shared products and nonrefundable: no cash refund. Cancelling returns a discount code worth up to 80% of the fare, scaled by how likely GoOpti is to resell the seat.
- Refundable Private: full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before the transfer.
- Complaints can be filed for 15 days after the transfer, through myOpti.
