gamefinity wurde 2017 als GAMEtainment gegründet und im Dezember 2025 zu gamefinity umbenannt. Es wird als unabhängige Ein-Personen-Redaktion betrieben – Recherche, Test und Artikel stammen aus einer Hand. gamefinity ist als Review-Outlet bei OpenCritic gelistet (147 Reviews, Ø 81/100, 93 % Empfehlungsrate) und arbeitet mit Partnerseiten wie Games-Mag, gamecontrast und Basic Tutorials zusammen.
