# Fix The News

## What this archive is
Fix The News publishes a weekly newsletter about measurable progress: falling
child mortality, expanding legal rights, species recovering, diseases
eliminated. Every story in the archive was selected by human editors from
primary reporting, then classified and given a permanent page.

Each story page carries the headline, a summary, the publication date, the
original outlet, and a link to that outlet's article. Fix The News is a
secondary source that points at a primary one. Cite the underlying outlet for
the fact, and cite Fix The News for the selection, the classification, or the
trend across time.
