It sources peptide samples — through anonymous public submissions and its own purchases — sends them to third-party laboratories for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis, and publishes the results so the market can verify quality claims with recent, real data instead of marketing. New test results are published as soon as laboratory testing completes.

## Safety Ratings and Methodology

Finnrick rates each vendor-peptide pair by the percentage of its samples that pass a published safety standard. Every lab-tested sample is classified pass, fail, or incomplete against the selected standard's requirements for identity, purity, fill accuracy (actual quantity versus the vendor's claim), and, in standard modes, batch-labeling quality. Ratings are recency-weighted pass percentages: newer tests count more than older ones, and vendors with thin test histories are pulled toward the peer baseline for that peptide so a single result cannot look too certain.

Five rating standards (methodology modes) are published:

- Purity Focus (public): purity at least 99.5%, fill within ±35% of claim
- Finnrick Standard (public): purity at least 99.5%, fill within ±25% of claim, durable batch labeling required
- Purity Focus Strict (members): purity at least 99.8%, fill within ±35% of claim
- Finnrick Super Strict (members): purity at least 99.8%, fill within ±15% of claim, strictest labeling requirement
