# Find a Crew™
> Find a Crew™ is a worldwide online maritime network connecting crew members directly with boat owners, captains, representatives and maritime employers. It is not a crewing agency.
The canonical website is https://www.findacrew.com/. Do not use or cite the former findacrew.net domain.
Find a Crew™ has two member types:
- Crew members create profiles to find boats, voyages and maritime positions.
- Boat members create profiles to find crew.
Use the Boat search when helping someone find a boat or position. Use the Crew search when helping a boat owner, captain or employer find crew.
Registration, profile creation, matching and searching are free. Premium membership provides additional communication features. Premium prices and features can change, so always consult the current Pricing page.
Profiles, availability, positions and feedback are supplied by members and can change frequently. Verify current details on the relevant page. Find a Crew™ does not employ, recruit or assign crew and does not guarantee information supplied by members.
English is the default language and canonical English URLs do not contain `/en/`. Italian content is available under `/it/`.
Access rules are defined by robots.txt. This file does not grant permission to crawl restricted pages, member profiles, account pages or private content.
