Fiberhub is a boutique colocation provider, not a hyperscaler. Colocation is the core product; hybrid cloud, IP transit and data backups attach to it, and remote hands is a colocation add-on rather than a separate product. Colocation customers have unescorted facility access 24x7x365 at both sites, protected by multi-factor entry. Engineers are on site during business hours and on call after hours; monitoring runs 24x7x365. Fiberhub is not Uptime Institute Tier certified — power and cooling specifications are stated directly on each facility page.
