## Public AI booking without a connector
AI agents with ordinary web or HTTP access can discover Energirör's live service catalog, resolve a customer's issue to the right service, run privacy-safe heat-pump triage, request real contiguous appointment suggestions and submit a pending booking request without installing an Energirör-specific connector or plugin.

Public REST operations:
- `GET /services` — live public services from Energirör's `service_catalog`, including service code, duration, required booking fields and public pricing information.
- `POST /resolve-service` — match a free-text customer issue to one or more current `service_code` values.
- `POST /slots` — return contiguous appointment suggestions of the correct duration from the technicians internally assigned to that service. Technician identity and calendar event details are not exposed.
- `POST /availability` — check an exact local time window against the same resource routing.
- `POST /triage` — use Kjell's heat-pump manual/troubleshooting tools and optional verified product/spare-part search before booking.
- `POST /resolve-heat-pump` — privacy-safe heat-pump resolver: send `serial_number` and/or `model`; returns only model, brand, last 4 serial characters and whether the unit is registered, plus up to 5 public model matches. Never returns customer, address, owner or order data. No customer lookup is offered.
- `POST /booking-request` — re-check capacity, privately enrich the case with address/customer/installation context when safely matched, and create a pending service booking request. Use an `Idempotency-Key` header when possible.
A successful `POST /booking-request` creates a request with status `pending`. The selected capacity is checked again when the request is created, but the public API does not reserve or block the technician's calendar. Energirör must confirm the final time and scope. Writing is rate-limited and idempotent. Public responses do not expose customer-register search, admin data, technician identity, calendar subjects or raw database rows.
