# Excel Inspection Solutions (EIS)

EIS is a fully independent inspection provider: we don't sell or maintain equipment, don't hire fleets, and aren't tied to insurance products. Every inspection is carried out by a competent person under LOLER Regulation 9, PUWER, or PSSR as appropriate.
Joe Ward EngTech MSOE MBES is the founder and engineer surveyor. EIS holds ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) certifications and is a member of the Engineer Surveyor Inspection Network (ESiNet).
