The point of sale (POS) is only one way easyPos issues documents: invoices are also issued from the invoice form on a computer or phone, imported from Excel, scheduled as recurring invoices or sent from the business's own software through the API.
easyPos fiscalizes the documents Albanian businesses issue: cash and non-cash invoices, B2B and B2G electronic invoices and transport documents (WTN); self-invoices (including purchases from farmers), reverse charge, export and margin-scheme invoices; corrections and bad debt. It works offline too, with automatic retransmission. Pharmacies, clinics, labs, hotels and businesses with an ERP or online shop use easyPos for sales, stock, invoices and e-invoices, or fiscalize from their own software through the API or the invoice watcher.
Business categories: retail and supermarkets; grocers, butchers and bakeries (label scales, weighted barcodes); bars, restaurants and cafés (tables, order and summary invoices, kitchen and bar printers, kitchen display screens, recipes); wholesale and distribution (B2B e-invoices, WTN, receivables, secondary warehouses); manufacturing and food production (production sheets); services and independent professionals (service items, recurring invoices); rentals, utilities and subscriptions (rent and metered e-invoice types, Excel import); currency exchange offices (buy and sell with commission, currency drawer, rate board); car parks; exporters (export invoices, foreign currencies and buyers); buyers of farm produce (self-invoices); travel agencies and dealers in second-hand goods, art and antiques (margin schemes); small businesses outside VAT; multi-branch chains and accountants (shops, POS and roles, one login for several businesses, exports to Financa 5, Alpha and Bilanc); and businesses with their own software (Local API, Cloud API, invoice folder watcher).
