# DVERSI

> DVERSI is the intelligence layer for your business systems. It brings systems, business knowledge and rules into a shared context, so teams can run complex processes, understand unexpected outcomes and prepare improvements through governed workflows.

## What it is

Other platforms pass data between systems. DVERSI builds context across them. It works in four steps:

- Connect: keep the systems you already run. DVERSI links to them through authorised connections, including public registers, property data and your own internal tools. Nothing has to be replaced.
- Understand: records from different systems are linked around the customer, case or property being worked on, so the people handling it see the full context.
- Act: configured workflows apply your rules to every case, with AI used where interpretation helps. People review the outcome and make the decision.
- Prove: inputs, rule outcomes, actions and human decisions are recorded, so you can show what happened and who authorised it.

An investigation agent helps authorised users examine case records, rules and recorded decisions, and suggests what to review next. Its explanation is a starting point to check against the source data; it does not change rules or decisions on its own.

## Who it is for

Enterprise business leaders, product owners and IT sponsors who run rule-based business processes across several systems. The first solution is property risk assessment for insurers: property information and the insurer's own underwriting rules come together in the advisor workflow, and authorised owners can investigate unexpected referrals and propose rule improvements for review.

Pricing is enterprise only and scoped on request around your workflows, usage, deployment and support needs. Implementation, integrations and adoption services are agreed separately with your delivery partner.
