# Draxlr

- Single sign-on (Enterprise plan): Draxlr builds an SSO connector for your identity provider to match your requirements, using standards such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Okta is already supported.
- Audit logs: included on the Enterprise plan and in self-hosted deployments.
- Access levels: Admin, Full, Read, Dashboard and RLS, with custom access levels on the Enterprise plan.
- Row-level security (Power plan and above): a permission sets which tables a member can query and which rows they see. It applies across dashboards, saved queries and the AI assistant, and to embedded customers through values your backend sends with the embed token.
- Data handling: Draxlr queries your database live and never replicates it. Connections use read-only transactions, dashboard results are cached so dashboards load faster, and exported results are deleted after 48 hours.
- Encryption: database and SSH credentials are encrypted with AES, data in transit is protected by TLS, and account passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
- Deployment: Draxlr cloud, a dedicated server in your preferred region, or self-hosted with Docker on your own servers, in your VPC or on-premise (Enterprise plan).
- AI models: self-hosted deployments can run text-to-SQL on an AI model you choose.
- MCP: the Draxlr MCP server accepts only read statements, enforces row-level security and never shares database credentials with the AI client. Removing a member cuts off their assistant on the next request.
- Compliance: Draxlr processes personal data under GDPR (https://www.draxlr.com/policies/gdpr/). For regulated data, Draxlr can be self-hosted inside your own compliant infrastructure.
