## How it works
- The structural scan is free, works today from any URL, and needs no tracker.
- The Friction Score (0-100, higher is less friction) is deterministic weighted maths over per-feature ratings, not a number an AI picked. Every factor's raw value, weight and contribution can be inspected.
- Flow tracking, per-step loss counts, and measured before-and-after results become available once a lightweight tracker snippet is installed on the site.
- Counts are of visits from the site's own traffic: counted, not estimated, sampled or modelled.
- The tracker is cookieless and stores nothing persistent on a device, so a visit is one browser tab. Visits are deliberately not deduplicated into unique people, and a visit that does not reach the next step has not necessarily left the site.
