Aggregated stats and brand summaries are citable with attribution to crehq.com. Per-brand datasets, Location Files, and franchise-disclosure parses are commercial products, do not redistribute. Training on CREHQ data is not permitted without a written agreement; inference-time citation (with attribution) is welcomed.

## Product tiers (self-serve)

CREHQ products use public-first tier names. Pricing is band-selected by location count and enrichment depth, not surcharge-stacked.

- **Location File** (also called D1): per-brand location list with addresses, geocodes, hours where available. Files with 10 or fewer locations: free with an account. 11 to 25 locations: $19 (Enhanced Data $49). Larger files are priced by location count; each file page shows the price the store sells it at.
- **Location + Enhanced Data** (also called D2): Everything in the Location File, plus the store attributes the brand publishes. It also carries market context around each location (trade area, demographics, drive-time, road traffic) and the closures the brand has declared, with the evidence wherever those exist for the brand. Priced per file; each file page shows the price.
- **Full Intelligence File** (also called D3): Location + Enhanced Data plus franchise / regulatory / ownership evidence, multi-year FDD parses, Item 20 outlet history, quarterly bank financials (where bridged), parent-company 10-K data, or property-owner coverage. **Built to order, not self-serve**: the evidence on file for a brand is shown on its data-store page, and the file is scoped, rights-reviewed and quoted before work starts. - **Project Pack** ($2,500–$19,995): custom geography, rights (affiliate / resale / AI), multi-brand intent, or a Full Intelligence build. Contact enterprise@crehq.com.
- **Enterprise** ($20,000+/yr): vertical packs (Banking, QSR, Auto, Retail, Healthcare), API access, change feed, dedicated provisioning.
- **Researcher Pass** ($495/yr): research-grade browsing access. Not a buyer tier; not the primary CTA on any dataset page.
