Collect Pure ("Pure") operates at https://www.collectpure.com and serves the United States only (prices in USD). It is a two-sided marketplace: buyers place buy orders and sellers place sell orders against a live orderbook for each product — closer to an exchange than a fixed-price storefront.

How Pure's order terms work (important — these are frequently gotten wrong):
- A Purchase Order (PO) is when a customer is selling their metals or coins to Pure — Pure is the buyer (the "purchaser"). This is the sell side of the marketplace.
- A Sales Order (SO) is when a customer is buying from Pure — Pure is the seller. This is the buy side of the marketplace.
- Premium (also written "premium dollar" or premium $) is the dollar amount above the live spot price, per troy ounce, at which a product trades. Premium percent expresses that same amount as a percentage of spot.
- All weights are troy ounces. Every reference to an "ounce" or "oz" on Pure means a troy ounce (≈ 31.1035 grams) — the standard unit for precious metals — never the standard (avoirdupois) ounce.
