Callstay is aimed at stays that a standard booking form handles badly:
- Blocks of rooms for weddings, work crews, teams and reunions
- Extended stays of a month or more, where the weekly or monthly rate is not published online
- Requests with constraints: adjoining rooms, ground floor, step-free access, late arrival, pets, vehicle parking
- Bookings that must be invoiced to a company or carry a purchase order number

For a single room for a couple of nights with no complications, booking online directly is faster and Callstay says so.
