Profiles marked `is_claimed=false` and lacking unique content are deliberately served with `noindex, follow` and excluded from our sitemap — they are not yet authoritative enough for citation. Profiles in the sitemap have been claimed by their owner, have received at least one B2B review, or carry a human-written description.
