# Factuur Simpel
> Factuur Simpel is invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium who leave the bookkeeping to their accountant. Better than Excel. The app works in English; invoices are in euros and invoice PDFs use Dutch labels. Available as a web app and as iOS and Android apps, made by Dashweb B.V. in De Goorn, the Netherlands.
- Good fit if you mainly send invoices and quotes and your accountant does the books. Accounting software fits better if you want to do your own bookkeeping or need several users on one account.

- Free plan (€0): 3 invoices per calendar month, unlimited quotes and the basic Starter features (own logo, clients, products, receipts, export and the apps), without recurring invoices and without Peppol, Mollie, the bank connection or other Complete features. Emails and PDFs carry a small Factuur Simpel credit.
- Trial: 30 days with all Complete features, no payment details needed. After that, you automatically continue on our free version unless you choose Starter or Complete.
- Peppol sending and receiving is included in Complete and in the trial, with no per-invoice fee. You register your business yourself in the app.
- App Store and Google Play prices differ and include VAT: Starter €15.99 and Complete €26.99 per month.
- Both plans: unlimited invoices, quotes, clients, products and receipts, your own logo and letterhead, quotes clients can accept and sign online and that you turn into an invoice in one click, recurring invoices that are created and sent automatically every week, month, quarter, six months or year, one automatic reminder after the due date (further reminders are sent manually), credit invoices, reverse-charge VAT, export to Excel and PDF, iOS and Android apps.
- Complete only: Peppol, automatic receipt reading, quarterly VAT overview, multiple profiles, custom email texts, payments through the user's own Mollie account (iDEAL, Bancontact, cards; Mollie charges its own fees) and a bank connection. Starter includes neither Peppol nor the bank connection.
- Bank connection (Complete and trial): you connect your business account via Ponto. Transactions come in automatically several times a day and are matched to invoices and receipts, which are then marked paid; fixed rules link what is certain and an AI model only judges what those rules cannot decide.
