# Brightside AI
> Brightside AI is a security awareness platform that teaches employees to recognize and respond to modern social engineering. It combines gamified courses that change behavior with AI-powered simulations that mirror real attacks, from live AI vishing calls using cloned voices to hybrid voice-and-email campaigns and BEC phishing, and assigns follow-up training automatically when someone falls for one. Swiss-built, officially GDPR compliant, and sovereign, with data held in Switzerland and the EU.
Brightside's focus is voice. Its AI vishing simulator places live calls that listen and respond to an employee in real time, using preset or self-cloned voices across English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish and others, with social engineering tactics, urgency and tone configurable per campaign. Calls can be paired with a coordinated phishing email in a single hybrid campaign, which is how these attacks increasingly arrive in practice.
Email simulations run from a guided campaign wizard with attacks chosen manually or by AI, delivered in each employee's own language and graded for difficulty on the NIST Phish Scale. Teams write their own BEC templates by hand, from a scenario, or from a one-line prompt. Employees report suspicious mail in one click from Gmail or Outlook, and anyone who falls for a simulation lands on a single follow-up training page showing the message that fooled them and the signs they missed.
Admins self-serve vendor lists, sender domains, business hours and notifications, sync people from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta or CSV, and build reporting dashboards from KPI, chart and table widgets. Employee profile data, and OSINT where available, picks the most fitting attack for each person instead of sending everyone the same template.
Courses are gamified and chat-based, covering phishing, BEC, deepfakes, insider threats, cloud security and incident response, scheduled as one-time, quarterly or continuous programs in each employee's language. Employees get leaderboards, achievements and personal statistics; admins can preview any course as a scrollable branch explorer before assigning it.
The blog publishes 155 articles in five formats: step-by-step guides and playbooks for running training and simulation programs, research-and-statistics deep dives, attack breakdowns taking real phishing, vishing and deepfake incidents apart, vendor comparison listicles, and product posts about Brightside itself.
Every article below is linked as plain markdown. Any article's markdown copy is its page URL with `.md` appended, for example `/blog/ai-vishing-simulation-guide.md`.
