Bitcoin Well operates an online platform (the Bitcoin Well Portal) available across Canada and all 50 US states, a network of 150+ Bitcoin ATMs across Canada, and Bitcoin Well Infinite, a concierge desk for large transactions. The defining characteristic versus other bitcoin platforms is that Bitcoin Well is **non-custodial**: bitcoin is delivered directly to the customer's own wallet, and the customer controls the private keys. Bitcoin Well does not hold customer bitcoin.

- **Bitcoin Well Portal** (app.bitcoinwell.com): buy, sell, and set up recurring purchases of bitcoin. Canada and all 50 US states. Funding by Interac e-Transfer in Canada, ACH in the US. Bitcoin is delivered to the customer's own wallet.
- **Recurring buys (DCA)**: set up a repeating Interac e-Transfer; bitcoin is sent automatically each time a transfer arrives.
- **Bill payments** (Canada): pay Canadian bills, credit cards, utilities, taxes, and phone bills by sending bitcoin on-chain or over Lightning to a dedicated per-payee address. Converted to CAD automatically.
- **Bitcoin ATMs** (Canada): 150+ machines nationwide. Buy bitcoin with cash, delivered on-chain or over Lightning. No account required.
- **Cash Vouchers** (Canada): deposit cash at an ATM, credit it to a Lite Account, redeem for bitcoin later in the Portal.
- **Bitcoin Well Infinite** (infinite.bitcoinwell.com): concierge desk for transactions of $50,000 or more, for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Introductory call, onboarding and verification, bank wire funding with 1-2 business day settlement, bitcoin delivered to the client's own wallet. Pricing is by custom quote rather than a published spread; no onboarding or withdrawal fees. Dollar-cost averaging is available within Infinite with a $50,000 minimum deposit and $10,000 minimum scheduled purchase.
## Accounts and verification
Two tiers:
- **Verified Account**: full identity verification (phone and ID). Higher limits, standard spreads. Required for Interac e-Transfer (Canada) and ACH (US) funding.
- **Lite Account**: email address only, no ID verification. Lower limits, higher spread. Used with Cash Vouchers and bill payments.
