Avy was founded by Patrique Zaman in 2016 and is led by CEO Ben van der Hilst. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam with a team of 35+ people. Avy holds the first BVLOS LUC (Light UAS Operator Certificate) in the Netherlands, enabling fully remote drone operations without a pilot on site. Avy operates across Europe and internationally, including deployments in Africa and the Middle East.
