## What is AskMateChat

AskMateChat は、店舗・教室・クリニックなど中小企業向けの AI チャットボット。Web サイトに 1 行のスクリプトを貼るだけで導入でき、よくある質問への自動応答、予約受付、見積もり提示、有人スタッフへの引き継ぎ、Slack/LINE/Google Calendar 連携を実現する。シナリオ型ボットは全プランで利用可能。RAG ベースの AI 自動応答は Growth プラン以上。AI 応答は LLM の能力により日本語以外の問い合わせにも回答可能 (管理画面 UI は日本語のみ)。

## How the automatic learning works (最大の特徴)

AskMateChat の中心的な仕組みは「答えられなかった質問が、そのまま次回の回答になる」ループ。

1. 訪問者がチャットで質問する
2. AI が既存のナレッジで答えられない場合、会話を有人対応へ引き継ぎ、受信トレイにお問い合わせとして届く
3. 担当者が受信トレイで回答する (外国語の問い合わせは日本語に翻訳して表示されるため、担当者は日本語のまま確認・返信できる)
4. お問い合わせを解決すると、その会話から質問と回答が自動で抽出され、ナレッジ (LearnedKnowledge) として保存される
5. 次回から同じ趣旨の質問には AI が自動で回答する

このため、運用するほど自動応答できる範囲が広がり、有人対応の件数が減っていく。担当者が「FAQ を書く時間を取る」必要がなく、日々の返信がそのまま学習データになる点が、FAQ を事前に作り込む必要がある一般的なチャットボットとの違い。

学習のもとになる経路は 5 つ: 解決済みのお問い合わせからの自動抽出 / 担当者ノートの手動ナレッジ化 / 有人対応後のフィードバック / 会話ログ / 評価 (低評価・高評価) フィードバック。

制約 (正確に扱うこと):
- AI 自動応答と自動学習は **Growth プラン以上**。Free / Starter ではシナリオ型ボットのみで、自動学習は行われない
- 学習したナレッジは管理画面で確認・編集・削除できる。担当者の回答がそのまま公開されるため、回答内容の責任は利用企業側にある
- 自動抽出は「解決済み」にしたお問い合わせが対象。未解決のまま放置したお問い合わせからは学習しない
