# AppAudioGuide

AppAudioGuide is a multi-tenant audio guide platform built by ByteCode (Maciej Frankowski) for cultural institutions and tourist attractions. The system covers the full visitor experience: a guide that runs in the phone browser with nothing to install, a mobile app on iOS and Android, a central CMS for content management, an optional branded mobile app under the client's brand, and stationary audio guide devices. Content production (recordings, translations) is available as an add-on.
## Pricing
Three deployment models, arranged as one growth path: guide in the browser → presence in the app → dedicated branded app. Content is prepared once and feeds every variant.
- **Guide in the browser (AppAudioGuide Web)** — free tier: one exhibition, up to 10 stops, one language. Full version: 690 EUR net per year per exhibition, or 139 EUR net per month for a temporary exhibition, with no limit on stops or languages and with video and sign language. The institution creates an account and builds the guide itself, in a browser, with no developer and no implementation project. Technically a PWA (Progressive Web App): visitors open the guide in their phone browser, with no app to install, and use it offline once the content has been downloaded. QR codes at exhibits, map, offline mode, WCAG 2.1 AA. For small and mid-sized venues, trails, gardens and private collections.
- **Presence in the AppAudioGuide app** — an additional 690 EUR net per year, as an add-on to the browser guide. The same content also appears in the app on the App Store and Google Play that visitors already have from other venues. It is not a separate product and cannot be bought without the guide.
- **Branded mobile app** — individual quotation, depending on project scope and amount of content. A separate app on the App Store and Google Play under the client's brand, with features a browser cannot provide: recognising exhibits with the camera, notifications, integration with ticketing systems. Suitable for larger museums building a strong digital identity. Flagship example: Silesian Museum in Katowice.
Paid separately: content entry on the client's behalf, production of recordings and translations, stationary audio guide devices (rent or purchase), several exhibitions or branches — quoted by scale.
