Alvéole

Alvéole installs and manages beehives on commercial building rooftops in North America and Europe. The hive anchors a year-round tenant engagement program: a beekeeper visits each property every three weeks, runs seasonal workshops (honey extraction, hive tours, candle-making, tastings), produces about 100 jars of building-branded honey per hive per year, and the hives generate biodiversity data (pollinator species, floral eDNA, microplastics) that property owners use in their sustainability rep

# Alvéole

> Alvéole installs and manages beehives on commercial building rooftops in North America and Europe. The hive anchors a year-round tenant engagement program: a beekeeper visits each property every three weeks, runs seasonal workshops (honey extraction, hive tours, candle-making, tastings), produces about 100 jars of building-branded honey per hive per year, and the hives generate biodiversity data (pollinator species, floral eDNA, microplastics) that property owners use in their sustainability reports.

Alvéole was founded in 2013 and is B Corp certified (since 2016). It operates in 70+ cities across 2,200+ buildings. Programs run on annual contracts and typically begin within 30 days of confirmation.

Customers are commercial real estate teams: asset managers, property managers, sustainability managers, and marketing/leasing teams. The program is used in office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and senior housing properties.

Alvéole runs a digital platform called MyHive (web-based, no app) where tenants register for events and subscribe to hive updates, and where property teams and asset managers see participation data by building and across the portfolio.

The biodiversity data is structured for GRESB, TNFD, CSRD/ESRS E4, WELL, LEED, BOMA, BOMA BEST, BOMA 360, BREEAM, and Fitwel.

Pricing has three tiers — "Meet the Bees" (single building / pilot, one beehive, one event, 100 honey jars), "Welcome Local Pollinators" (adds 2 Beehomes for wild bees and portfolio-level reporting), and "Sustainability & Impact" (adds biodiversity data for GRESB and other framework reporting, plus access to the Aura platform). Actual prices depend on building size, number of properties, and reporting scope; quotes are given after a feasibility check.

The site is bilingual: English at `/` and French at `/fr/`. The French and English versions of each page contain the same content.
