# AirportsBoard.live

> Live arrivals and departures for the world's airports in 12 languages — plus something no other flight site publishes: a measured answer to which airports actually have scheduled passenger service, and where to fly from instead when they do not.

AirportsBoard.live covers 6,069 airports that hold IATA codes. Published flight schedules were probed for every one of them (last measured 2026-09-04): at least 2,822 have scheduled passenger service, and 2,193 are confirmed to have no airline flights at all — airfields, military bases and private strips. Those pages say so plainly and name the nearest airport you can actually fly from, with the distance. The remaining 1,054 are cases where our own probe found nothing but an independent source (OurAirports) records scheduled service; we treat those as unknown and make no claim either way.

Content is available in 12 languages — English (en), Russian (ru), Chinese (zh), Arabic (ar), German (de), Korean (ko), Japanese (ja), French (fr), Spanish (es), Italian (it), Hindi (hi), Turkish (tr) — each on its own URL.

## Data freshness
Boards refresh on a schedule matched to how busy the airport is: the busiest hubs several times a day, smaller airports at least daily. Every board displays the age of its own data and never claims to be live when it is not. Flight rows are rendered server-side, so they are readable without running JavaScript.
