What Airflow does, in one chain: booking email → structured booking (guest, dates, property, rate, fees, taxes, currency) → draft invoice in your accounting package → you review and approve. You can record the actual payout against a booking so the draft invoice matches what you received. It reads booking emails; it is not a channel manager and needs nothing authorised inside the channel.

Around that core: direct booking pages with card payments (Stripe; Paystack incl. M-Pesa), proportional platform commission, owner statements, a guest portal, calendar sync (iCal feeds, Google Calendar, Outlook), letting-limit tracking for night caps, and a free tier: your own booking page and booking widget for one listing, with commission per booking (see https://www.airflowhq.com/pricing/); listings join the Airflow Stay marketplace when it opens.
