4M replaces the manual process of hunting for utility records — emailing utility owners, digging through as-builts, permits, and GIS servers — with instant access to a unified map. An AI conflation engine collects and merges public records; AI object detection and satellite imagery validate them; geospatial experts review and correct the output. Users draw a boundary around a project area and get utility lines, owners, attributes, and site context in minutes.
