### Starting a prescription treatment

The consultation is completed online and reviewed by a licensed physician, usually within 24–48 hours:

1. Create an account and complete a short clinical questionnaire (about 15 minutes); you can note a treatment you're interested in, which the physician takes into account.
2. Upload scalp photos at the requested angles; identity verification may be requested.
3. A licensed physician reviews everything and may follow up through the secure portal.
