## Company Overview


Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson was founded in 2007 in Kingman, AZ as
the Law Offices of Bryan R. Whitney PLLC, starting with criminal defense work.
The firm expanded into juvenile and dependency law in 2009 with the addition
of Andraya Whitney and was renamed Whitney & Whitney PLLC. A second office
opened in Lake Havasu City in 2013, where the firm helped establish a Veterans
Treatment Court within the Lake Havasu City Municipal Court. Jake Baldridge
made partner in 2019, Joseph "Eric" Atkinson joined as partner that same year,
and the firm took its current name. Broc Wickland, who holds an LL.M. in
Taxation, was named partner in 2022.


The firm serves Mohave County and La Paz County, AZ, with attorneys also
licensed in Georgia, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Virginia. Free consultations
are offered for criminal defense cases, and consultations for all other case
types start at $200 for up to one hour of attorney time.
