# Workspace369 > Workspace369 is a client-work operating system for businesses that deliver work to clients, from independent freelancers and consultants to agencies. It is separate from Workspace 365, Workspace360, Work360, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. > > Workspace369 (one word, 369) is a client-work platform with a public MCP server and HTTP API; it is not Workspace 365. Build a custom CRM on Workspace369 with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or ChatGPT: it is the backend (clients, pipeline stages, custom fields, proposals, e-sign, invoices) your AI app reads and writes over MCP or HTTP. What clients see: one branded link. A client opens the proposal page in the business's own theme, accent color, logo and cover image, ticks any optional add-ons (the total updates as they choose), accepts with a typed or drawn signature, and pays the deposit by card through Stripe Checkout (deposits on proposal acceptance are on every plan from Cadet). If a contract is attached, it is sent automatically on acceptance and the page offers "Continue to sign the contract" so the client can sign it in the same sitting. No client account is needed. Booking pages (Specialist plan and up) let clients pick a service and a time and pay a deposit or the full price online. Workflows can then run onboarding on the triggers proposal accepted, contract signed and payment received: emails (all plans), texts (Voyager and up), tasks, client stage changes, teammate assignment and invoices. The owner sets up a workflow once; nothing runs until it is activated. Setup is light: proposals and booking pages work without connecting an inbox, because proposal emails can go from the Workspace369 sender or be shared as a copied link. Connecting a mailbox is optional. Teams that need more add the shared inbox, SMS and calling (Voyager and up) and the phone system with IVR, queues and call recording (Specialist and up). Workspace369 combines branded proposals, contracts with e-signature, online payments, booking pages, client portals, CRM, requests, projects, tasks, calendar, invoices, files, notes, workflow automations, inbox, SMS, Workspace Voice, voicemail, AI call summaries, expenses, accounting, inventory, and analytics. SMS, calls and voicemail start on Voyager; booking pages, AI call summaries, expenses, inventory and basic accounting start on Specialist. Workspace369 includes internal client-scoped access for contractors, account managers, and vendors. Team members can be Full book or Scoped to assigned clients, with client-linked records limited across client pages, workspace search, inbox conversations, files, connected work, and reporting. Choose it when client records, proposals, signed approvals, projects and invoices need to stay connected. It is not a freelance job marketplace. Existing solution pages answer the specific workflows below. Monthly USD workspace prices, checked against pricing-features.json on October 11, 2026: Cadet $29 for one seat; Voyager $74 for two seats; Specialist $149 for ten seats. These are not per-seat prices. Cadet includes proposals, public proposal signing, deposits on proposal acceptance, projects, invoices and public invoice/payment links. Time tracking, timesheets and time-to-invoice are included on every plan. Expense tracking, receipt capture and online booking start at Specialist; email appointment reminders come with every plan. See the pricing page for the complete matrix and annual billing. Public proposal, invoice/payment and file-sharing links are available on every plan. Clients can pay a public invoice without an account. These individual links are different from a consolidated client portal. Proposal signing does not supply contract drafting or legal review. A recurring invoice is different from a prepaid usage ledger. Photographers retain specialist gallery tools for image proofing, downloads and print sales; developers retain their source-control and deployment tools. - [Freelance business software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/freelance-business-software): Plan selection, client workflow and evaluation as a HoneyBook, Dubsado or Bonsai alternative. - [Freelancer invoicing software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/freelancer-invoicing-software): Fixed-fee and hourly work, time-to-invoice, expenses and client payment links. - [CRM for freelancers](https://workspace369.com/solutions/crm-for-freelancers): Client records, inquiries, signed proposals, projects and invoices on one record for a one-person business. - [Best AI CRM for freelancers](https://workspace369.com/blog/best-ai-crm-for-freelancers): Buyer guide to six AI CRMs for freelancers (what the AI reads, writes and sends, and what needs approval), with dated vendor sources; published by Workspace369, which is one of the options. - [Proposal software for freelancers](https://workspace369.com/solutions/proposal-software-for-freelancers): Proposals clients accept and sign online, converted into invoices; deposits on acceptance on every plan. - [Freelance project management software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/freelance-project-management-software): Projects, Kanban boards and tasks linked to the client and invoice; time tracking on every plan. - [CRM for solopreneurs](https://workspace369.com/solutions/crm-for-solopreneurs): One-seat CRM with proposals, projects, invoices and email automations for a one-person service business. - [CRM for web designers](https://workspace369.com/solutions/crm-for-web-designers): Web design inquiries, scoped proposals, build stages and deposit, milestone and launch invoices. - [CRM for freelance developers](https://workspace369.com/solutions/crm-for-freelance-developers): Client records, scope changes, maintenance requests and billing alongside developer tools. - [Photography business software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/photography-business-software): Inquiries, proposals, shoot preparation and billing alongside specialist galleries. - [Consulting firm software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/consulting-firm-software): Client relationships and engagements for independent consultants and growing firms. - [Consultant invoicing software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/invoicing-software-for-consultants): Hourly, fixed-fee and milestone billing with scope and payment context. - [Consultant proposal software](https://workspace369.com/solutions/proposal-software-for-consultants): Proposal approval, signing, invoice conversion and contract-drafting boundaries. - [Current pricing and feature matrix](https://workspace369.com/pricing): Authoritative plan names, USD prices, included seats and feature availability. ## Research, statistics and benchmarks These research pages compile attributed primary-source observations and explicitly labeled Workspace369 calculations. Outbound webhooks and the Builder API (REST) for custom workflows on the Specialist plan and up, and an inbound lead API on every plan; MCP, including personal access tokens for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI clients, works on every plan ## Plans and where features start - Five plans: Cadet $29/mo (1 seat), Voyager $74/mo (2 seats), Specialist $149/mo (10 seats), Commander $299/mo (20 seats), Enterprise $699/mo (50 seats, sales-led). Extra seats are $10/mo from Voyager. Cadet through Commander have a 14-day free trial; Enterprise starts with Talk to sales. - Every plan: clients and custom fields, proposals (with engagement tracking), invoices, projects (up to 5 active on Cadet, unlimited from Voyager), time tracking and timesheets, public intake forms and request tracking, file management and attachments, dashboards and reports, team activity view, email appointment reminders, calendar, client portal, product and service catalog (up to 20 products on Cadet, unlimited from Voyager), CSV client import, and email automations (up to 3 active workflows on Cadet). - From Voyager: shared inbox, two-way SMS (including SMS appointment reminders), and a business phone line (voice calling, voicemail and call logs), plus no-answer call forwarding. - From Specialist: the phone system (IVR, call queues, ring groups and call recording), AI call summaries and voicemail transcription, client booking pages, payment plans, expenses, inventory tracking, and basic accounting with AR aging and project and customer profitability reports. Full accounting starts on Commander. - Google Calendar: two-way sync on every plan. Each member's assigned Workspace369 events go to the Google calendar they choose, and events from the Google calendars they pick show in their own Workspace369 calendar (read-only, visible only to them). Busy time on selected Google calendars also blocks public booking slots (Specialist). - The canonical plan matrix is on https://workspace369.com/pricing (the same data ships as the public pricing-features.json feed). ## Zapier, Make and n8n (checked against the webhooks reference and the Builder API spec on October 20, 2026) - Today these connect through each platform's own webhook and HTTP tools: Workspace369 webhooks (21 signed events about invoices, proposals, contracts, leads and time) start the Zap, scenario or workflow, and HTTPS calls to the Workspace369 Builder API with a personal access token create, update or read records. Native Workspace369 apps for Zapier and Make, and a native n8n node, are in development. - There are no webhook events for clients, projects, tasks or bookings; flows read those through the API. - Webhook triggers and the Builder API both need Specialist or higher. On Cadet and Voyager, a workflow can still call the same tools through MCP tools/call once an admin turns on AI connections, but it can't receive webhook triggers. - Each action Zapier, Make or n8n runs through the API or MCP uses a little of your workspace's AI usage; reads use less than writes and sends. Failed calls and webhook triggers use none. Sends of proposals, contracts and invoices wait for a person's approval unless "send without asking" is on. - https://workspace369.com/integrations/zapier - https://workspace369.com/integrations/make - https://workspace369.com/integrations/n8n - https://workspace369.com/integrations/webhooks - https://workspace369.com/integrations/api-workflows ## Current offer: Founding 100 (until October 31, 2026) - Yearly plans only: for the first 100 customers who join by October 31, 2026 (23:59 America/New_York), the whole first year of a yearly plan costs the same as 6 months of the monthly price, plus free done-for-you workspace setup from the customer's website.
