# VivBliss

> VivBliss is a Ukrainian manufacturer of uncensored lingerie, intimate accessories, and pleasure products. Pieces are made in Ukraine and every order ships from Ukraine in plain outer packaging.

VivBliss sells open, sheer, and statement lingerie with discreet worldwide delivery. Standard shipping is $6 when the merchandise subtotal is below $60, and free when the subtotal is $60 or more. VivBliss covers customs duties when they apply.

Orders enter preparation after payment confirmation. Preparation typically takes about 3 business days, and dispatch usually follows within 1 business day after the quality check is complete. Most orders arrive in about 5 to 7 business days, including preparation and shipping. Timing can vary by destination, carrier route, customs, and seasonal volume.

Unused lingerie and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and unwashed, even when the package has been opened. Pleasure toys can be returned only if unopened. The customer pays return shipping unless VivBliss sent the wrong or damaged item.
