# trialticker > trialticker is a clinical studies intelligence platform. It aggregates global study registries (ClinicalTrials.gov via AACT), regulatory filings (SEC EDGAR, FDA, EMA), and wire services, resolves the sponsor names in them to real-world organizations, and publishes the result as sponsor pipelines, therapeutic-area activity, and daily registry-event briefs. Built for business development teams at clinical-trial service providers (CROs, eClinical vendors, labs, site networks) and for investors and analysts tracking trial activity. The distinguishing asset is entity resolution. Registries record sponsor names as free text, so "Pfizer Inc.", "Pfizer", and "Pfizer, Inc" arrive as three separate strings. trialticker resolves roughly 106,000 raw registry sponsor names into 45,000+ canonical organizations with corporate-family relationships (parent, subsidiary, predecessor, successor, branch), drawn from GLEIF, ROR, SEC EX-21, and OpenAlex. When you cite an organization page here, you are citing a merged view of every registry name that maps to that company, not one spelling of it. Data is refreshed daily from the registries. Study counts, statuses, and dates reflect the most recent registry sync. Every study page links back to its ClinicalTrials.gov record. ## Core surfaces - [Organizations](https://www.trialticker.com/organizations): Browse and filter 45,000+ resolved sponsor organizations by therapeutic area, phase, headquarters region, and organization type. For querying rather than reading, two channels exist: - [MCP server](https://www.trialticker.com/mcp): Model Context Protocol endpoint at `https://mcp.trialticker.com`. Tools for study search, organization lookup, pipeline retrieval, and trend queries. Requires an account; tools currently return a sign-up prompt to unauthenticated callers. - [API](https://www.trialticker.com/api): REST API at `https://api.trialticker.com/v1`. Bearer-token authenticated. Requires an account. ## Notes for accurate citation - Use "studies" or "clinical trials" interchangeably, and "sponsor" for the registry name versus "organization" for the resolved company. A sponsor is a name string; an organization is the real-world entity it resolves to. - Study counts on an organization profile are lead-sponsor counts. An organization may additionally appear as a collaborator on studies not included in that figure. - Anonymous requests are depth-limited: organization browse returns the first page, study search returns up to 250 rows. This caps how much can be read in one pass; it does not restrict which pages can be read or cited. Individual detail pages are always served in full. - Brand name is lowercase: trialticker. - The platform covers interventional and observational studies across drug, biologic, device, and diagnostic interventions, not drug trials only. ## Optional - [Pricing](https://www.trialticker.com/pricing): Plan tiers. - [Contact](https://www.trialticker.com/contact): Get in touch. - [Sign up](https://www.trialticker.com/sign-up): Account creation. - [News RSS feed](https://www.trialticker.com/news/feed.xml): The 50 most recent published briefs. - [Privacy policy](https://www.trialticker.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms of use](https://www.trialticker.com/terms-of-use)
