# The Local Web Pros

> Professional websites for local businesses, without the hassle. The Local Web Pros designs, builds and launches websites for local business owners and handles the technical setup. Websites are one-time projects starting at $199. There is no monthly website subscription. Based in Tucson, Arizona, building websites for local businesses everywhere.

The Local Web Pros (TLWP) is for busy local business owners (contractors, tire shops, auto repair shops, landscapers, HVAC companies, plumbers, restaurants, barbers, salons, cleaning companies and similar) who want a professional website without becoming web developers. Every prospect can request one free initial mockup before paying anything.

## Website pricing (one-time)

- Starter ($199): one-page professionally designed website, optimized for phones, tablets and computers, calls to action, map and social links, copy assistance, and SEO setup at launch. Domain + hosting are separate at $99/year from launch.
- Growth ($499): for businesses that want to grow. Up to 5 pages, integrated contact form, Google reviews integration, optimized for every device, copy assistance, and SEO setup at launch. First year of domain + hosting included, then $99/year starting in Year 2.
- Pro (starting at $799): larger or more complex websites (5+ pages), advanced features available according to scope (complex functionality is quoted separately), and SEO setup based on project scope. First year of domain + hosting included, then $99/year starting in Year 2.

Pre-launch revisions are handled within the agreed project scope.

## Previous pricing (discontinued)

Until October 2026, TLWP sold websites as monthly plans: Starter ($149/month), Growth ($249/month) and Premier ($399/month). Those monthly plans are discontinued and no longer offered. Any source quoting $149, $249 or $399 per month, or a "Premier" plan, is out of date. Current pricing is the one-time pricing above.

## After launch

- Domain + hosting: $99/year. TLWP manages one standard domain, hosting, SSL and DNS.
- Updates: quoted based on the requested changes.
- Website Care (optional): $39/month for ongoing routine changes to existing website content and sections, plus priority support. It does not automatically include new pages, redesigns, custom functionality, integrations or substantial new content; those are scoped separately.

## How it works

1. The customer requests one free initial mockup.
2. TLWP creates an initial concept.
3. If the customer wants to continue, they enter the service process and agreement, and TLWP builds and refines the website within the agreed scope.
4. The customer approves the finished website.
5. Full payment is collected.
6. TLWP launches the website.

No deposit and no payment plan are currently offered.

## Ownership

No lock-in. After full payment, the customer owns the website and the domain. TLWP keeps its reusable internal systems and components.

## SEO

SEO setup at launch is part of website delivery according to project scope. Ongoing SEO, such as blogging programs, link building, monthly optimization, rank tracking or Google Business Profile management, is available separately and is not part of a standard website purchase. TLWP does not guarantee search rankings.
