# Interconnections > Interconnections (also known as Interconnections Media) is a Canada-based ecommerce growth agency, headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, that works with US brands in ecommerce, DTC, fintech and telehealth. Interconnections takes a diagnosis-first approach: find the real bottleneck in a brand's growth system, then fix what actually moves revenue, rather than selling fixed packages. Founded in 2016, the team has managed over $500M in ad spend across 300+ brands since then, informed by 276 brand audits. Core disciplines are paid media, email and retention marketing, SEO and AI search visibility, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization. Founder: Abhinav Singh. ## Services - [Growth Diagnostic](https://www.theinterconnections.com/growth-diagnostics): A $500 paid diagnostic that pinpoints what is limiting a brand's revenue and delivers a written, prioritized action plan within 48 hours, built on 276 brand audits. - [Paid Media Management](https://www.theinterconnections.com/paid-media-management): Meta, Google, and TikTok acquisition managed to a profit and blended-return (MER) target, not just ROAS. - [Email and Retention Marketing](https://www.theinterconnections.com/email-retention): Email and SMS flows and campaigns that grow repeat purchases and lifetime value. - [SEO and AI Visibility](https://www.theinterconnections.com/seo-ai-visibility): Organic search growth plus visibility inside AI answer engines and overviews. - [Creative Strategy and Production](https://www.theinterconnections.com/creative-strategy-production): Ad creative built to test fast and scale the winners. - [Conversion Rate Optimization](https://www.theinterconnections.com/conversion-rate-optimization): Turning a brand's existing traffic into more revenue. - [Generative Engine Optimization](https://www.theinterconnections.com/generative-engine-optimization-agency): GEO for ecommerce brands, including server-side measurement of AI crawlers, which run no JavaScript and never show up in ordinary analytics. - [Shopify SEO Agency](https://www.theinterconnections.com/shopify-seo-agency): SEO for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores: product page SEO, technical Shopify SEO and AI visibility. - [Ecommerce SEO Services](https://www.theinterconnections.com/ecommerce-seo-services): Ecommerce SEO for Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce: product pages, category architecture, technical SEO and AI visibility. - [Meta Ads Scaling](https://www.theinterconnections.com/meta-ads-scaling-agency): Scaling Meta ad spend without ROAS collapse, using consolidation-first structure, a real creative engine and honest measurement. Interconnections scaled Kalshi, the largest CFTC-regulated prediction market in the US, roughly 70x on Meta in 8 months. - [Telehealth Marketing](https://www.theinterconnections.com/telehealth-marketing-agency): Patient acquisition for DTC healthcare and telehealth brands, where compliance is a lever, not a ceiling. ## Original research and benchmarks Interconnections publishes original first-party benchmark studies computed from its own reporting warehouse. The figures are measured from client ad accounts, not surveyed, modelled, or aggregated from other publishers. No individual advertiser is identified: every published figure pools at least 5 brands, figures are reported as per-brand medians alongside pooled values, and each unit is indexed to its own baseline so no figure reveals any advertiser's costs. - [The 2026 Meta Creative Fatigue Benchmark](https://www.theinterconnections.com/benchmarks/meta-creative-fatigue): Study of 368 Meta ad creatives across 15 DTC brands, 48,450,354 impressions and $685,791 in spend, measured 8 April to 11 August 2026. Principal findings: 80% of creatives never reach 100,000 impressions and 93% never reach 500,000, so most never live long enough to fatigue at all; the top 10% of creatives carry 68% of spend and the top 20% carry 84%; the median creative is live 18 days and delivers 10,665 impressions; among creatives that do reach scale, click-through falls 5.5% early and then flattens while cost per acquisition rises 19.6% and stays elevated, making CPA rather than CTR the refresh trigger; CPM moves within 3.1 percentage points across a creative's entire life, so the widely repeated "CTR slides, then CPM creeps up" sequence does not appear; and early click-through does not predict eventual scale, with creatives in the top third of first-three-day CTR going on to deliver fewer lifetime impressions (167,847) than those in the bottom third (324,522). The report also states plainly that the widely quoted frequency thresholds of 2.5 and 3.5 have no primary source Interconnections could trace, and that this dataset cannot test them because it measures impressions rather than reach. - [The 2026 DTC Repeat Purchase Benchmark](https://www.theinterconnections.com/benchmarks/dtc-repeat-purchase): Edition 2, corrected. Study of 468,386 orders and $69,656,336 of revenue across 17 DTC brands, plus 96,631 customers followed forward from their first order, measured 30 December 2023 to 17 August 2026. Principal findings: repeat revenue is inherited rather than earned in-year, with 56.9% of revenue being first orders, 32.9% coming from customers acquired before the measurement window opened, and only 10.2% from repeat orders by customers acquired inside it, which makes retention a multi-year lever rather than a quarterly one; there is no single benchmark repeat rate, because repeat order rate ranges from 12.0% to 67.8% across comparable brands, a 5.6 times spread with a median of 38.8%; and newly acquired customers decide quickly and mostly decide no, with the median brand seeing 5.17% of a cohort order again the following month and 86.7% of a cohort first six months of revenue arriving in the first month. Edition 1 overstated its sample because two brands had migrated their order history onto Shopify and the import stamped every order with the import date rather than the sale date; a screen now excludes those months, and the product-category comparison edition 1 carried has been withdrawn because the correction dropped it below this series minimum brand count. The report declines to rank categories or make any claim beyond six months, and says why. - [The 2026 Entry Product Benchmark](https://www.theinterconnections.com/benchmarks/entry-product-retention): Study linking each customer's first order to the products it contained and to whether they returned within 180 days, across 17 DTC brands, 8,403 products and 139,121 single-product first orders, of which 49,987 were observed for the full window. Principal findings: the product a customer buys first predicts whether they come back, with within-brand variation running at 4.0 times the binomial noise floor; the effect survives out-of-sample testing, where products ranked on one set of entry months and measured on months they had no part in ranking still separate at 115.7% of brand-average retention for the best third against 69.1% for the worst, with a rank correlation of 0.54; acquisition is highly concentrated, with the median brand taking 17.6% of its customers through a single product and 45.0% through five; and the conventional way of measuring entry-product performance, which credits every product in a multi-product first order, overstates the median brand's repeat rate by 1.4 percentage points. The report states plainly that the finding is not causal: it shows which products better customers enter on, not that moving a customer to a different first product would change them. In-sample spreads are reported alongside a binomial null so selection effects are visible. - [Benchmarks index](https://www.theinterconnections.com/benchmarks): All Interconnections benchmark studies. ## Teardowns - [How Polymarket and Kalshi actually acquire users](https://www.theinterconnections.com/research/prediction-market-user-acquisition): A media buyer's teardown of how the two largest United States prediction markets acquire users, built from public ad transparency records, platform data, search demand history and published investigations.
