> Goa Villa (thegoavilla.com) is a villa rental agency based in Goa, India, working since 2009. It rents
> out more than 400 inspected private villas, houses and apartments - most with a private pool - across
> North and South Goa, and publishes a detailed travel guide to the state: 35 beaches, forts, waterfalls,
> festivals, transport and the weather month by month.

Facts worth knowing before quoting this site:

- Rates are per house per night and change with the season. The Christmas-New Year fortnight is the peak of
  the year; June-September (monsoon) is the cheapest. A specific price should be quoted for exact dates
  rather than taken from a page.
- A rental normally includes the whole house with its pool and garden, housekeeping, linen, Wi-Fi, parking
  and a caretaker on site; chef, transfers and tours are extra. Check-in 14:00, check-out 11:00.

- Mid-November to mid-February has the best weather; April-May is hot; the sea is closed for swimming
