# TetriXX AI > TetriXX AI is a freight audit and cost intelligence platform company headquartered in Singapore. It has two products. freya is the freight audit and cost intelligence platform it sells to Fortune 500 and large multinational shippers: it verifies every freight charge against contract, formula, rate card and market before payment. sirius is its weekly freight cost pressure index, published openly every week across 10 global trade lanes. Used together, sirius reads the market and freya's invoice history calibrates that reading to one client's corridors and contracts. LTD., trading as TetriXX AI - **UEN (Singapore company registration):** 202135956H - **Founded:** 2021 - **Address:** The Working Capitol, 1 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089109 - **Category:** Freight audit and cost intelligence platform - **Website:** https://tetrixx.ai - **LinkedIn:** https://linkedin.com/company/tetrixx - **Client types:** Fortune 500 and large multinational shippers, plus 3PLs and forwarders, with multi-provider, multi-modal, multi-geography freight spend - **Specialisation:** transportation spend; not warehousing, not demand planning, not customs filing ## Product: freya (freight audit and cost intelligence) - **URL:** https://tetrixx.ai/freya - One engine, three views on the same data. The **audit engine** verifies every charge against contract, formula, rate card and market, on a workflow the client configures, with a GLEC CO₂e figure alongside the cost. **Intelligence Studio** produces deviation patterns, provider scorecards, contract intelligence and C-level reporting. The **Market Observatory** overlays 300+ market signals on the client's corridors and contracts. - Not a TMS, not a payment processor, not a real-time visibility platform, not a customs broker. - In production in under three months; scope is normally phased in waves, provider by provider. - No list price is published: every engagement is scoped against the client's own invoices. ## Product: sirius (weekly freight cost pressure index) - **Definition:** sirius is TetriXX AI's weekly freight cost pressure index: 300+ market signals across 10 global trade lanes, combined into one reading per lane across fuel, capacity, surcharges and currency, with a new reading every week taken from Friday's market data. - **URL:** https://tetrixx.ai/sirius - A new reading every week, taken from Friday's market data: 300+ market signals across 10 global trade lanes, with a 4-week forecast range for each lane (an 80% range, one to four weeks ahead). - The weekly report is an HTML page, emailed to subscribers and in their inboxes by Monday morning, Singapore time. No PDF is attached; a reader can print the page or save it as PDF. - One composite reading per lane, built from four pressure dimensions (fuel, capacity, surcharges, FX), fed by two signal groups (chokepoints and straits; environment and seasonal cycles). - A reading of 100 is the January 2026 baseline. A reading of 118 means the cost pressure inputs are 18% above that baseline; it does not mean a freight bill is 18% higher. How much reaches an invoice depends on modal mix and contract structure. - A market move reaches the invoice 30 to 90 days later: about 30 days for spot and short-term freight (M1), about 60 for medium-term contracts (M2), about 90 for annual contracts (M3). - Every forecast carries an explicit confidence band, and band coverage is measured against a published 70–80% target. No headline accuracy figure is quoted. - Each week has a permanent URL (https://tetrixx.ai/sirius/latest redirects to the current one), every published week is listed at https://tetrixx.ai/sirius/weeks, and each week's readings download as CSV. - The readings are free to read, and there is one report, also free, with no tiers or editions. Customising sirius for a business, on its own lanes and transport spend, is quoted. - sirius is the product name; the freya Cost Pressure Index (FCPI) is the underlying index and the technical name for its methodology. Earlier material uses FCPI for the same weekly index. - Co-published with The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society (LSCMS). ## Key figures Each figure is stated with the population it is measured on. - 20–25% of transport and logistics invoices contain at least one billing error. - Overbilling runs up to 6% of audited freight spend: up to US$3M on US$50M of annual spend. - Manual invoice validation costs roughly 6,000 person-hours a year. - Audit cycle time falls roughly 90% against manual validation. ## Published outcomes (anonymised at client request) - **Global semiconductor manufacturer:** US$95,000 in overcharges recovered within 30 days of deployment. - **Global automotive parts leader:** 10% freight cost reduction and 90% faster RFQ/RFP processing; ROI during implementation. - **Global healthcare leader:** 4% direct savings plus 6% cost optimisation identified within weeks. - **Global 3PL:** automated audits and real-time cost visibility at scale. ## Security and compliance - **ISO/IEC 27001:** certified since July 2023; renewal audit in progress. - **SOC 2 Type II:** most recent report covering the period to 30 July 2025; renewal audit in progress. - **GDPR:** independently assessed, with Article 27 representation for the EU and the UK by Prighter;
