# TAMITOS

> TAMITOS is a Slovak children's brand about autism, neurodiversity and emotions, founded in 2024 by Nina Bakalová and Rastislav Bakala, parents of an autistic daughter. Seven characters each carry one feeling or neurodivergent trait (anger and meltdowns, sadness, touch, movement and ADHD, sound sensitivity, shutdowns, intense interests). TAMITOS includes children's books about autism, a 3D animated series in development, the 3D game "TAMITOS: Tale of Understanding", free browser games about emotions, the charity app TAMITOS Move, AI plush toys, the charity run TAMITOS RUN and the nonprofit OZ TAMITOS. For children roughly 4 to 11, their parents, siblings and teachers. Expert guarantor of the project: NIVAM (Slovak National Institute for Education and Youth). Website languages: Slovak and English.
