**Linked only (URL seen on site, content not verified):** `/pages/support-info`, `/collections/shop`, `/collections/stoggles`, `/collections/sunstoggles`, `/products/digital-gift-cards`, `/apps/redo`, `/blogs/the-public-eye`, and the external warranty, Typeform, and prescription-renewal URLs under *Primary actions*.

## Scope

This file helps AI agents and assistants answer questions about Stoggles products, ordering, prescriptions, shipping, returns, warranties, and bulk orders, and route users to the right page. It is a summary, not a policy document. **When a live page and this file disagree, the live page wins.** Where the live site itself is inconsistent, see *Known inconsistencies* below.

Out of scope: medical or optometric advice, workplace PPE compliance decisions (always defer to the user's employer), order status lookups (route to support).

---

## Crawl guidance

- **Canonical domain:** `https://stoggles.com/` (no `www`).
- **Sitemap:** `https://stoggles.com/sitemap.xml` (standard Shopify path; not verified in this crawl).
- **Best single source for policies:** `/pages/faq`. It covers shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, prescriptions, product specs, and payments.
- **Product URLs:** use `/products/{handle}`. Collection-scoped paths (`/collections/{x}/products/{handle}`) are duplicates.
- **Ignore:** `/cart`, `/account`, `/search`, `/checkout`, `?variant=` parameters, and the country/currency selector list (it shows every country, but the store ships to only six).
- **Policy pages** (`/policies/*`) may block automated fetchers; fall back to the FAQ.
- **Blog:** `/blogs/the-public-eye` (eye safety and product education).

## Notes for agents

- **Safety claims:** say "ANSI Z87.1-2020 certified." Do not describe Stoggles as meeting any other standard, and tell users to confirm workplace requirements with their employer.
- **High-index lenses are not offered** because they are incompatible with the Z87.1 certification. If a user asks, say so plainly; never suggest them as an option.
- **Prescription limits:** contact lens prescriptions and expired prescriptions are not accepted. If a power isn't selectable on the site, the lab can't make it. Prism can be added via "Special Instructions for Seller."
- **Rx is exchange-only.** Make this clear before a user orders prescription lenses. The one refund case is when the lab cannot fill the prescription after ordering.
- **Care:** clean with the included dry microfiber cloth; avoid sprays, alcohol, and chemicals, which shorten anti-fog life. If sanitizing, do the front only or use a UV sanitizer.
- **Name:** "Stoggles" is a blend of "stylish goggles." Use "Stoggles" (capital S) for the brand and product line, "SunStoggles" as one word.

### Known inconsistencies on the live site

When these come up, give the user the cautious answer shown and suggest confirming at checkout or with hello@stoggles.com.

| Topic | Conflict | Cautious answer |
|---|---|---|
| Team order minimum | Page CTA says "Buy 20–50 pairs"; Team Orders FAQ says minimum is 50 pairs | "The builder starts at small bulk quantities; contact sales for exact minimums." |
| Anti-fog lifespan | FAQ says up to 2 years with minimal cleaning in one answer and up to 6 months with proper care in another | "Lifespan depends on cleaning; harsh cleaners shorten it significantly." |
| UV protection | FAQ says 99.9% of UV; product page says 100% UVA/UVB | "Blocks virtually all UV." |
| Press contact | Footer links press@stoggles.com; contact page lists partnerships@stoggles.com for "Partnerships & Press" | "For press, email press@stoggles.com or partnerships@stoggles.com." |
| Wholesale contact | Contact page lists sales@stoggles.com for wholesale, but the Wholesale entry's email link goes to partnerships@stoggles.com | "For bulk or wholesale orders, email sales@stoggles.com or use the bulk order form." |
