# Staylonger

> Staylonger is an Australian mid-term accommodation provider offering fully furnished homes for extended stays, with transparent weekly and monthly pricing.

Staylonger lists fully furnished homes for stays of 30 nights or more across Australia, with weekly and monthly pricing shown up front. Bookings are made on the platform — no rental application, no inspection, no permanent lease. The booking agreement is between the guest and the host; Staylonger operates the platform and acts as the host's collection agent for fees and refunds. Operated by Staylonger Pty Ltd (ABN 58 685 517 266).

Stays are 30 nights or more and in Australia only. Search results show weekly and monthly rates. The total for a stay is quoted once the dates and guests are set and the property is available on those terms, on the property page or through the get_property_quote tool.

To find homes that match a request, either call search_properties on the MCP server at https://staylonger.com.au/mcp with the place, dates, guests, bedrooms and one feature (family-friendly, pet-friendly, parking, ev-charging, workspace, outdoor-space, pool, gym), which returns matching homes with their prices, or read the property catalogue: one file per state, linked below with the cities each file holds, with one line per home giving its suburb and city, guests, bedrooms, bathrooms, weekly rate, the first open 30-night stay, the distance to the city centre and its search features. Then open a home's Markdown version for the full listing and the next 90 nights of availability. Get the stay's total from get_property_quote, or link the guest to the property page with the stay in its URL.

Listings are browsed through location hubs — `/{state}`, `/{state}/{city}` and `/{state}/{city}/{suburb}` — with each property at `/{state}/{city}/{suburb}/{id}`. Append `.md` to a property URL for its Markdown version (`/{state}/{city}/{suburb}/{id}.md`), with pricing and the next 90 nights of availability; every other page takes `.md` the same way (`{page}.md`), the home page as `/index.md`. The state is one of nsw, vic, qld, wa, sa, tas, act, nt. Add a stay to a property URL with `?checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&adults=2&children=0` (`nights` works in place of `checkout`; `guests` is also accepted). Search by a place written in words with `/search?location=St+Kilda` (`place` and `q` work too) plus the same stay parameters; a place the site cannot find returns no results and says so. Narrow a search to listings with one feature with `/search?features=pet-friendly`, alongside the place and stay; the feature is one of family-friendly, pet-friendly, parking, ev-charging, workspace, outdoor-space, pool, gym, and a search applies only the first.

After your minimum stay, vary your stay with 30 days notice. If a discount was applied based on your original booking length, the rate will be recalculated for the shorter stay and any difference is payable.
