# Dr Shiva Kakkar

> Dr. Shiva Kakkar is Vice President, AI Initiatives at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Business Unit Head for Rehearsal AI at Gradeless AI, and visiting faculty at XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds a PhD from IIM Ahmedabad and writes about generative AI in management education at AI Manager Academy and shivakakkar.com.

His work examines managerial judgement and how people learn while using AI.
