# ScrumLaunch > A software engineering partner that staffs and runs product teams. Every claim > on the site is drawn from our own delivery and recruiting records — hours > logged, team sizes, engagement lengths, and how long hiring actually takes — > so it can be checked rather than taken on trust. ## How to read our numbers Hours on the stack pages are attributed through the allocation a developer worked under rather than through the skills listed on their profile, and they are a lower bound — about 80–86% of hours since 2023 fall inside an allocation window, and 51% in 2022. Those pages therefore say "at least". A hiring median is the number of days from opening a role to a signed offer, measured across closed vacancies in our applicant tracking system. ## Stacks we staff - [Hire PHP Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/php-developers): Taking over PHP systems whose original team has gone, moving off end-of-life versions, rewriting a core without rebuilding the product. Our oldest practice. - [Hire Laravel Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/laravel-developers): Laravel teams on five active client products, from a construction materials marketplace to hospitality. 26-day median from opening a role to a signed offer. - [Hire React Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/react-js-developers): React teams that hold one codebase for years — four products staffed since 2022. The hours logged, the team sizes and the case studies are on the page. - [Hire Django Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/django-developers): Django engagements measured in years, not prototypes — three running since 2022. What we built, how big the teams are, and how long hiring takes. - [Hire WordPress Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/wordpress-developers): Most WordPress work we take on ends as a migration to server-rendered React or Astro — content model kept, URLs preserved. We will say when to stay put. - [Hire Java Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/java-developers): Java here means a system handling money, audited, with uptime expectations — and a team that has stayed on it. The engagement and its numbers are on the page. - [Hire iOS Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/ios-developers): Native iOS built by small teams that stay through every OS release and App Store review. Hours logged and team sizes per product, with the case studies. - [Hire Android Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/android-developers): We are straight about this one: our Kotlin work is deep on few products rather than spread thin. See exactly which, for how long, and with how many engineers. - [Hire Angular Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/angular-js-developers): Nobody is on Angular here today and the page says so. What we do: keep Angular apps current, or move them to React screen by screen, as we already have. - [Hire Node.js Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/node-js-developers): Node backends built by the same team as the React front end, so the API and the client move in one sprint. Three engagements running since 2022. - [Hire Ruby on Rails Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/ruby-on-rails-developers): Rails teams that have held the same codebases since 2022, through Rails and Ruby upgrades. Real hours, team sizes and a 31-day median hire on the page. - [Hire Python Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/python-developers): Python teams on data platforms, ML products and backends, several running since 2022. The engagements and the hiring numbers are published on the page. - [Hire Solidity Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/solidity-developers): We did crypto work earlier and the engineers are still here, but we are not growing this practice. Read this before you hire us for contracts — or instead of. - [Hire React Native Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/react-native-developers): Cross-platform apps shipped by one to three developers who stay through OS upgrades and store submissions. 14-day median from open role to signed offer. - [Hire Flutter Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/flutter-developers): A small Flutter practice described honestly: six client products, teams of one or two, 25-day median hire. Read it before you commit, not after. - [Hire Vue Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/vue-js-developers): Our three largest Vue products all started in 2025 and are still running, with two or three developers each. Hours, teams and hiring times on the page. - [Hire Code Reviewers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/code-review-developers): An independent audit of your codebase — quality, security, architecture, tests — with findings ranked by what they will actually cost you. Usually a week. - [Hire Stripe Developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/stripe-developers): Subscriptions, hosted Checkout, Connect payouts and escrow, and the webhook handling behind them. Four shapes of Stripe integration we have shipped and run. - [Hire Shopify developers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/shopify-developers): Store builds, theme and app work, and the migrations that follow — on 23 client stores since 2022, run by a permanent team rather than a rotating bench. ## Published engagements Which stacks each case study was built in, and over what period. Hours and team sizes are on the case study pages themselves. - [Gipper](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/gipper): React, Ruby on Rails, iOS, Node.js; since 2022. - [CampusReel](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/campus-reel): Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js; since 2022. - [Vesta](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/vesta): React, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, iOS; since 2022. - [Helmm](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/helmm): Ruby on Rails; 2022–2025. - [Seven](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/fgn): Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, iOS; 2022–2023. - [Community Funded](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/community-funded): React, React Native; 2019–2023. - [OutboundSync](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/outbound-sync): Node.js; since 2023. - [Full Court AI](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work/full-court-ai): iOS; 2022–2023. ## Industries with enough delivery behind them - [Healthcare](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/industries/healthcare): At least 43,900 hours on healthcare products, four of them active: an AI layer over the EMR, patient education built on retrieval, telemedicine flows — under signed BAAs. - [Fintech and financial services](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/industries/fintech): 101,700 hours across four financial products since 2022, 96,000 of it on two still running. The largest is a consumer investing and banking app we have staffed for four and a half years. - [Construction and materials](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/industries/construction): 78,500 hours across two construction products, both still running. The larger is a soil and aggregates marketplace we have been on since January 2022 — a Laravel core, a Vue front end and two native apps. ## Services that are not a stack - [Code review and audit](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/code-review-developers): an independent read of a codebase, audit agents first and then an engineer, with findings graded by severity and ranked by what leaving them alone costs. - [Stripe integrations](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/hire-developers/stripe-developers): subscriptions, hosted Checkout, Connect with escrow, and the webhook handling and reconciliation behind them. - [Technical due diligence](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/technical-due-diligence): the same audit for an investor or acquirer. The audit agents behind it have run 1,699 times on a weekly schedule against 11 client projects since March 2026. The page says why we withdrew an earlier average score rather than keep quoting it. - [MVP development](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/mvp-development): four size bands from our own estimates and delivered projects, from a $2.5K validation build in two weeks to a $109K–200K multi-product MVP, with the process and team shapes behind them. - [Agentic AI development](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/agentic-ai-development): voice agents, language-to-SQL analytics, tool-using agents and document intelligence we have built, how each is fenced in, and per-answer running costs. ## What we will say no to We publish where we stop. Angular has nobody allocated to it and we have not opened a role since 2023; we keep Angular applications alive or move them off. Solidity work is not a practice we are growing. WordPress requests usually end as a migration to server-rendered React or Astro rather than a plugin retainer. Android briefs are often better answered with React Native. ## Elsewhere - [AI transformation](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/ai-transformation) - [Case studies](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/work) - [Blog](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/blog) - [Careers](https://www.scrumlaunch.com/careers)
